The Jordan

"The Jordan" Wheels were a fun experiment designed to explore the feasibility of a bidirectional compliant wheel. Depending on the direction of rotation, the wheel’s behavior changes from more to less compliant. When rotating in the direction of the spokes, the wheel becomes more compliant. When rotating against the spokes, the wheel remains compliant but behaves more stiffly.
