Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping Timeline:

Orders are manufactured on a FIFO (first-in, first-out) basis. Typically, orders will take approximately 5 business days from order placement through manufacturing and shipping. Please note that larger orders may require additional manufacturing time and thus could take longer to ship.

Color Matching:

Please note that because our products are handmade to order, there may be some variation between wheels/ batches. We do our best to ensure wheels match each other as closely as possible; however, slight variations in shade should be expected.

For customers who require wheel colors to match as closely as possible, we recommend placing a larger order in the same durometer, as the batch can be pigmented all at once.

For customers who request a custom color, we will retain a sample from each order and keep it on record so it can be used as a color reference for future orders.
