The HardWheel was designed with two primary use cases in mind. As the name suggests, it functions as a standard hard wheel, but it can also be used as a shooter wheel. When used for shooting applications, the wheel is designed to accept additional weight plates to increase rotational mass and improve performance. the wheels can be stacked together to create a thicker shooter wheel.
For optimal performance and safety, we recommend operating this wheel at speeds no greater than 6,000 RPM.
Weight Plates
At this time, we do not offer the additional weight plates. However, a STEP file is available for customers who wish to manufacture their own.
The plate should be cut from 1/4″ plate stock, and the three bolt holes should be tapped for 10-32 fasteners.
